Patricia had a Great Time

We recently received the following note from the daughter of one of our Discovery Tandem co-pilots Patricia. Patricia flew with Rex, one of our awesome tandem pilots.

Happy Birthday and thanks for flying with us Patricia! So glad you had a great time!

Just a note to say THANK YOU – THANK YOU for an amazing dream come true for my Mom.

Sunday’s flight was an item marked of her “bucket list” and one day she will never forget!

Patricia turned 70 yesterday and has been Flying High ever since her tandem flight with Rex Sunday morning. Thank you all for your kindness, patience and for working with us to reschedule due to the weather. And extra thanks to Rex for bringing her down uninjured!!! We loved her “fly by” at the pavilion!

Wonderful staff, wonderful time!

Lesson Sale Extended

It’s not too late to save $100 off our Novice packages and $50 off our Weekend package. The sale was originally valid through only January 6, 2011, but due to extreme popularity we are extending it through January 31, 2011.

Purchasing a package now doesn’t mean that you have to start lessons by the 31st, you only need to purchase the lessons by January 31, 2011. All lesson packages are good for two years, so you can schedule your lessons when it best suits your schedule. So resolve to live your dreams this year and Learn to Fly.

Curt’s Comments

Well, I came down to camp, hang out with my brother-in-law, and take a few flights off the training hills. I don’t know what happened, It’s all a blur. I took one flight from the small training hill and the next thing I know I’m standing on the mountain looking at the LZ getting ready to launch my first solo flight. What a blast! (Don’t worry, he took more than one training hill flight before he cleared to fly from the mountain! – Editor)

I am super impressed with the level of professionalism of all the instructors as well as everyone I came in contact with at LMFP. You guys obviously love what you do. You made me feel very confident with my skills and progression toward solo from mountain.

I can’t wait to get back down to fly some more. (In fact, that is all I can think about)

Thank You

Very Sincerely,

Columbia City, IN
