Hang Gliding Films in Chattanooga Film Festival
This weekend (3/22-3/24) is the first Lookout Wild Film Festival. The Film Festival will take place Friday night from 7-10 at the Chattanooga Choo Choo. Lucas Ridley’s film, “A Leg to Stand On“, about hang glider pilot Tip Rogers, will be shown Friday. Saturday, the films are cranked up again at the Choo Choo at 3 p.m. through 6 p.m. with Dale’s video “An Eagle’s Sky” showing somewhere between 3-3:30 (with a special guest in the lobby during the break). The films resume from 9-11 p.m. at Ross’s landing after the Chattanooga Challenge. The festival wraps on Sunday at the Choo Choo from 1-4 p.m. with a reception afterwards at the Crash Pad. Admission is $5 a day or $10 for the entire event (the films at Ross’s Landing are free). Ticket sales are the day of the event available at the Choo Choo’s Centennial Theatre. We hope many people will come out and support this inaugural event and our hang gliding community!
